The CARIB FOOD & HOSPITALITY SALON CULINAIRE is a series of display-based culinary competitions; entry to which is open to professional chefs, pastry chefs, cooks and bakers.
From practical cooking competitions to buffet and banqueting show pieces, chefs showcase their talent through a wide range of skills and techniques.
Each competition is called a ‘class’. Each class of the various competitions is intended to test the differing skills of entrants whilst also celebrating the preparation and presentation of food and its accoutrements in attractive and pleasing forms.
Competitors will be judged by representatives of our events partner associations who are specialists in the Caribbean and international food standards.
