Mining On Top: Africa Summit– 56% of the Attendees were C level Executives and Senior Directors from the Mining and Investment Sectors
Geneva, Switzerland – July, 2018: The 5th Mining On Top: Africa Summit held from 3-4 July 2018 in Geneva, Switzerland gathered +100 high level participants from the mining and investment communities. The 2 day conference focussed on connecting European investment institutions to African governments and mining companies with projects in the continent.
The theme this year was “Europe as a Partner for African Mining” and the presentations and the panel discussions emphasised on the recent market shifts and focussing on promising commodity investments, spotlight on Africa’s geological hotspots, recent technological developments in the mining sector and role of structured finance. The programme was highly rated for its content and the quality of the networking opportunity offered to the participants.
