Taciana is an expert in energy and infra-structure projects including power, oil&gas, LNG, water, renewable energy and local content. She has extensive experience in the development, structuring and financing of projects in Mozambique regularly advising developers, sponsors, investors, multinational lenders and the Government of Mozambique. Her experience extends to the drafting and revising of the legislation regulating these sectors.
Recent and ongoing engagements include advising major oil &gas companies such as Sasol, Eni, ENH and Wentworth Resources; structuring energy projects for CTRG – Sasol, Vale, Scatec Solar, Windlab and EDM; advising mining clients such as Thirdway Africa, Regius, PECD, and Vale; structuring and developing major infra-structure projects for Vale and ITD and developing institutional projects for USAID, ICF and the Government of Mozambique.
