THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED IN SMG 2019

The Symposium Mines Guinee 2019 was deemed a great success.

Now in its 6th year, the event has continued to grow and draw new players to Guinea. This year was host to 88 Speakers, 800 delegates, 96 exhibitors and over 3000 visitors, and continues the tradition of being the largest West African Mining event.
The conference was officially opened by H.E. Prof. Alpha Condé, President of the Republic of Guinea, and Hon. Abdoulaye Magassouba, Minister of Mines and Geology, not only provided a welcome address but also sat on a number of panels to share the Ministry’s vision.
During the 3-day conference, panellists considered what needs to be done to increase integrated development and infrastructure via the mining sector – all of which led to interactive discussions on current Bauxite, Alumina and Gold projects, and the important issues regarding local content.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Ministry of Mines and Geology for their dedication and determination to expand the mining industry in Guinea, as well as hosting all the attendees. We would also like thank all our sponsors, exhibitors and attendees for their continued support of the Guinean mining sector. We hope you enjoyed the event!
We look forward to seeing you all at the 7th edition of the Symposium Mines Guinee.

Best regards,

AME Trade Team.
