Peter Vivian-Neal has a mineral exploration and management background. During the last decade he has been co-founder and CEO of Kiwara plc, the exploration company which established the Kalumbila (now Trident) copper and nickel deposits. Following its’ take-over, and in response to Africa’s energy problems, he is currently using his exploration experience to focus on geothermal energy for power production, being one the first to work on geothermal within Africa outside East African Rift System. He is founder and CEO of Kalahari GeoEnergy whose objective is to be an independent sustainable power producer in power stricken Southern Africa. After extensive research and exploration, the Company is focused on resource definition work at Bwengwa River in southern Zambia and if successful is aiming to be in production 2020.
