Frank is the Resident Representative of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Private Sector Investment arm of the World Bank Group, Monrovia Country Office.
He oversees IFC’s investment transactions and Advisory services in Liberia. He is an international finance expert and has structured and executed large scale oil and gas and financial market deals. Prior to re-joining IFC recently, Frank worked for four years as co-founder and executive director of a retail bank in Nigeria. Before that, he was a Director – Project and Export Finance with Standard Chartered Bank covering West Africa, where he originated and closed several large scale mandates and transactions. He also worked in originating, structuring and processing loan and equity deals in Nigeria, Chad, Mali and Sierra Leone.
Frank was trained as a Finance Specialist with KPMG Consulting, studied Business Administration and obtained his MBA with a major in Corporate Finance from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland in 1989 and also an alumna of Harvard University, Boston, USA.
