Develop hydrocarbon resources for economic diversification and regional integration

The 4th Congo’s International Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition, CIEHC4 ( 2020) registered a strong participation of delegates from the member countries of the African Petroleum Producers Organisation (APPO) and five Ministers from the organization, including the President and General Secretary.

This oil and gas Insights document gathers key information on the conference & exhibition including the statistics of the event, the two-day programme, and the recommendations made to attract domestic and foreign investments to the oil and gas sector in Congo. It also showcases the key actors of the oil & gas industry on the regional and global stage that have has been contributing to consolidating the position of Congo as the third largest oil and gas producer in sub-Saharan Africa.
