The Annual Pan-African Infrastructure Finance, Investment and Partnerships Summit
The 15th edition of the annual Africa PPP Summit (#APPP2025) will take place from 28 to 30 October 2025 at the Hilton Hotel, Windhoek, Republic of Namibia.
As the continent’s largest Pan-African Infrastructure Finance, Investment & Partnership Summit, Africa PPP will once again bring together industry leaders from key growth-enabling sectors to accelerate private sector investments in electricity access, transport, water & sanitation, and industrial infrastructure.
Africa is entering a transformative era for infrastructure development, where PPPs and private sector partnerships are key to driving sustainable infrastructure growth. These partnerships leverage both public and private sector expertise and capital to deliver high-quality infrastructure across the continent.
This year’s summit moves to Namibia – a country with one of Africa’s best road networks, a world-class port in Walvis Bay, and favourable investment policies. Namibia has positioned itself as a strategic logistics hub connecting Southern Africa to global markets through road, rail, and sea transport. Its continued investments and strategic development plans reinforce the government’s commitment to critical infrastructure development, making it an ideal host country for APPP 2025.
The summit is hosted by the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board, under the Office of the President, in collaboration with AME Trade Ltd, a leader in facilitating trade and investment across Africa.
